Strengthened into 2026

It wasn't exactly against expectations that 2025 ended very well for yourCompany. However, the year started a bit headlong, because in the last months of 2024, we ran into a few unexpected challenges. A change in ownership required some reorganization, and at the same time, one of our largest customers chose to in-source the services we had provided until then. Not exactly the prelude to a new year any of us dreamed of.

Fortunately, challenges are what we face and deal with every day. And the organization proved just as ready to handle the internal adjustments and changing tasks in our own business as it is when it comes to our customers'. 

The somewhat turbulent start to the year was an opportunity to take a closer look at workflows, processes, products and to streamline the organization in a number of important areas. The result is that in 2026 we will be significantly stronger and better equipped to deliver on what matters most to our customers. Perhaps the best proof is that we achieved our ambitious revenue targets every single month in 2025. For the first time in the almost 10 years yourCompany has existed, I can reveal. So a huge thank you to all our dedicated and talented employees, our competent board of directors and all the customers who trust us every day. 

Quality through focus

A key part of the strategy for 2026 and 2027 is to strengthen and grow in core areas Insurance surveys and Background check. Quality through focus, we call it. We're especially interested in small and medium-sized insurance companies who want a flexible partner with access to state-of-the-art investigation tools and the ability to assess claims as well. Therefore, we are already in the process of adding extra resources to these areas. 

We have done this by, among other things, winding down our GPS business and working for leasing companies. However, we will continue to serve a few core leasing customers. We have also decided to reserve our efforts on business investigations for customers with a cooperation agreement. This way we reduce resource-intensive ad-hoc tasks and provide better service to the customers we work with on a daily basis.

IT is already a focus area, and 2025 was a year of investment in new technology. First and foremost, a new case management system that streamlines our workflows here and now, but will also expand and qualify our use of AI in the coming years. In close collaboration with an industry association, we have also developed a web-based model for joint efforts against fraud. We are already receiving inquiries from other interested trade associations.
