A good week comes to an end

At yourCompany, we are often asked: What are you actually doing?
When we unfold the big presentation, people are often left breathless by the breadth of our services. So perhaps this week's description of tasks could help them understand a little better. If only to round off the week well. Because it's been a very busy one.

To understand yourCompany, you need to know that we are fighting to reduce loss, fraud and crime in business.

In this mission, we have activated all our sections and spent the past week on the following tasks:

Outsourcing

Our regular outsourcing tasks with long-term efforts to reduce shrinkage have been taken care of as we do week after week.

This included preparing presentations on fraud prevention, preparing police reports, online monitoring of specific product groups that are subject to extensive theft - and finally working on a Scandinavian security project.

Business investigation

We have handled three corporate investigations in Jutland and Funen. This included interviews, observation, examination of IT equipment (digital forensics: data protection and data analysis), coordination with authorities and lawyers, and investigation management.

Insurance investigation

We have handled six insurance cases of different types in Jutland and Zealand. The tasks included crime scene investigation, interviews and collection of material from the Internet (Open Source Intelligence).

Software solutions

We have performed several vulnerability tests with the RC software system (derived from the name RansomCare) where customers' IT systems are exposed to simulated ransomware attacks.

Put FDS (Fraud Detective Systems) into full operation so that we can run digital document analysis in-house - that is, we can analyze the authenticity of digital documents for our customers. You'd be surprised how much fraud is committed with documents such as payslips, invoices and receipts!

We have also conducted FDS presentations for new customers who are impressed with the use of the system. Project with potential!

Engine area

We have assisted with second opinions on credit assessments for several of our customers and run presentations of Bilstatistiks new Anti-Fraud Platform. A powerful tool for credit granting companies.

In addition, we have continuously monitored the leasing market to stop credit fraudsters before it goes too far. This also resulted in a single police report of fraud for a leasing customer.

FindMyGPS

We are at the center of a very exciting project where the use of GPS technology will help reduce shrinkage issues for a broad industry. There are many devices in the pipeline as the final pieces fall into place.

Internal

At our offices in Greve, we have received new redesign furniture from LoudLiving, a company that recycles materials and gives them new life. Visit Rasmus and his fantastic, creative and skilled shop: https://www.loudliving.dk/

And on Friday, the Executive Board will attend a gala dinner and fundraiser for the Thin Blue Line association, which supports injured police officers. A cause that is very close to our hearts to support.

Finally, we've also squeezed a couple of new projects into the schedule, which we expect to present later this year.

Thank you to the customers, colleagues and partners we've met and talked to this week. It's great to feel full operation after the summer vacation. We are looking forward to an exciting fall.
